Re-Do policy
Our stylists will have a thorough consultation with any new clients, or with existing clients wanting a big change. During your consultation, it’s helpful to show your stylist photos of what you are wanting to achieve. Your stylist will advise you if they are unable to achieve the result you are wanting and the reasons why – sometimes it may be a longer-term process rather than a one-off appointment. Hair health is always our priority.
We understand that sometimes the end result isn’t always what you expect, and we are always more than happy to discuss and help find a solution. In the rare cases where we have made a genuine mistake and not got it quite right, and you have advised us within 2 weeks of your appointment, we will arrange to re-do the service for you free of charge. Where you have changed your mind and want something different, a cost will be incurred, and this will be agreed between you and your Stylist during the consultation process.
Home hair care
The individual nature and history of clients’ hair can have an impact on the hair condition. And during any lightening process there is a drying effect on hair which is why our stylists recommend specific products which are designed to care for lightened hair. To ensure best results and ongoing healthy hair, we recommend the following:

not washing your hair until 48 hours after your appointment.

use recommended salon only products to wash and condition your hair.

use a wet brush.

use a heat protectant product when drying and styling your hair.

depending on the level of lightening you have had, you may need a toner after 4 weeks especially if you are wanting to maintain a cool tone.
